Sign up in store, by calling us at 435-843-9900, or by filling out the form below. Memberships are for named individuals. Benefits cannot be transferred to another individual. VR Laserbots benefit can be used once per calendar month. Monthly benefits do not roll over. If not used, they will be lost at the end of the calendar month. Memberships cannot be used on state or federal holidays or during private events. 
Membership fees are a recurring charge. Your card will be charged automatically each month on the same day of the month that you begin your membership. There is a 3 month minimum on memberships. After that, you may cancel at any time before your next payment is processed. Memberships will be active for 30 days after the last payment is received.
