Kids' Fit at DZU
Kids’ Fit at DZU is a fitness class designed specifically for kids using our rebounder trampolines. This is an instructor-led, once-per-week, structured, 45-minute class with a focus on building cardiovascular health, muscle and bone strengthening, flexibility, balance and coordination. Your kids will be having so much fun, that they will forget they are exercising!

Each participant will receive a complimentary weekday membership for the duration of the class.

Recommended ages for this class are 7-12. Ages can be flexible depending on the child.
2024 Summer Kids Fit Class
Summer Kids Fit Classes will be held every Thursday at 5:15pm, with the first class being held on Thursday, June 6th and the last class will be held on Thursday, August 8th.
Class will not be held on Thursday, July 4th.

Classes are held on Thursdays from 5:15pm-6:00pm

Class space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tuition for the Summer class is $90 per student for the Summer of 2024.

There is a $15 registration fee, per family, due at sign up.

Each participant will receive a complimentary weekday membership to DropZone U for the duration of the 2024 summer class.

Immediate family members of enrolled students may purchase a weekday membership for $48, valid through the duration of the class.

Tuition and family memberships to be paid in full on the first day of class.
Enrolling in this class purchases your spot during that time. There is no credit or refund for missed classes, or for dropping after classes have already begun. The registration fee is non-refundable if you decide not to do the class.

2024-2025 Kids Fit for Homeschoolers
Kids Fit Classes for the 2024-2025 school season that is offered to our local Homeschoolers will be held every Thursday at 12:30pm with the first class being held on Thursday, August 14th and the last class will be held on Tuesday, May 20th.

Classes are held on Thursdays from 12:30-1:15pm

Class space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tuition for this class is $300 per student for 2024-2025 school year.

There is a $35 registration fee, per family, due at sign up.

Each participant will receive a complimentary weekday membership to DropZone U for the duration of the 2024-2025 school year.
